Equistar Therapy Solutions
Equistar Therapy Solutions for the equine rider was developed to help improve the equine athlete’s ability to effectively ride their horse. Most riders spend the majority of their time “riding” their horse but not focusing on what makes THEM a better rider. Core strength, pelvic and torso mobility and leg endurance are just a few of the essential elements of a great rider.
Pre-existing injuries and pain are significant obstacles when trying to ride a horse effectively. Before any athlete can improve their performance, they first need to resolve any physical problems preventing their bodies from functioning at an optimal level; only then can the athlete work to improve their core strength and mobility and become a great rider.
Equistar Therapy Solutions for the equine rider can address any pre-existing injuries and pain in addition to working with the equine athlete to improve their riding ability. The “fix” might be a lot easier than you may think. Contact us to set up an appointment and see what we can do for you.
